GENERAL INFORMATION



Q:
Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

All our suites are equipped with USB charging ports and standard North American sockets (Type A, sometimes Type B). If traveling with European, Asian, or non-North American devices, we recommend bringing any necessary adaptor/s. 

Q: What credit cards does the resort accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Q: Is a credit card required at check-in?

Yes, a pre-authorized HOLD may be applied. Please consult with our Front Desk staff for detailed information.

Q: Do I need to bring money and exchange my currency to Mexican Pesos when I arrive?

Our all-inclusive plan includes meals, drinks, entertainment, and many fun activities. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers. The resort will provide currency exchange services, subject to availability. 

Q: Is there a secure place to keep valuables?

In-Room Safes are included in all suite categories. 

Q: Does the resort have a hurricane policy?

Yes, it does. Please contact us for further details, hurricane policies are liable to change.

Q: Does the resort have a smoking policy?

Wyndham Alltra Riviera Nayarit is a smoke-free family resort; however, we do offer designated areas where smoking is allowed.  

Q: What is the tipping policy at the resort?

All taxes, tips, and gratuities are included in your all-inclusive package. Additional gratuities are most welcome by our staff should services exceed your expectations.

Q: Does the resort provide medical services or support?

A medical doctor is available 24 hours on-site, at additional cost. Certified lifeguards are available in pool and beach areas.

Q: What is the minimum age for check-in?

18 years old.

Q: Do I/we need to show an ID at check-in?

Yes, you do. All guests need to identify themselves at check in.

Q: Is the resort pet-friendly?

No. The resort is not pet-friendly.


INCLUSIONS

Q: What's included in my all-inclusive package?

All drinks and meals are included. On-site entertainment, fitness facilities, non-motorized aquatic sports, daily outdoor and indoor activities, in-suite minibar, free Wi-Fi, special activities for teens and kid are included. Tequila tasting, and multiple social activities, are also part of the all-inclusive package.  

The following services are not included as part of the all-inclusive plan, except as otherwise provided:

·       Spa & beauty services

·       Third-party on-site boutique stores

·       Off-site tours and excursions

·       Airport transfers, taxis, local shuttle services, car rentals

·       National and international telephone calls

·       Certain specialty wines and spirits

·       Laundry and dry-cleaning services

·       Nanny services

·       Romantic Dinners

 

Q: Does the resort offer a day pass?

Yes, it does. The day pass is available for guest’s visitors only. The cost is $89.00 usd per person for eight hours, the schedule is 9 am to 5 pm.
Subject to availability.

 

TRANSPORTATION & INCLUSIONS

Q: How far is the resort from local airport?

We are located a twenty-minute drive away from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport).

Q: Are airport transfers included to and from the resort?

No. However the resort can offer assistance in arranging airport transfers by third-party vendors, at additional costs.

Q: Is parking available at the resort?

No, there is not parking available at the resort. 

DINING

Q: What are the dress codes for the different restaurants?

Please consult the dining & drinks section of our website for specific dress code classifications per venue.

Resort Casual
Not allowed: Bathing suits without cover-ups, See-through or transparent cover-ups

Smart Casual
Not allowed: Tank tops, beach sandals or flip flops, bathing suits, sports/beach shorts

Resort Formal
Not allowed: T-shirts or tank tops, beach sandals or flip flops, bathing suits, shorts, hats

Please note
- Shoes, shorts, and tops must be worn at all restaurants, guests cannot be barefoot.
- No wet clothes allowed at any restaurant.

Q: Do I need to make dinner reservations?

No. Reservations are not required, all dining venues are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 Q: If I am a vegetarian or have special dietary needs, will I have adequate options?

Yes, the resort offers gluten-free, vegetarian options, and additional assistance in accommodating special dietary needs.

Q: What types of spirits to do you offer?

Cocktails made from prominent national branded spirits are yours to enjoy as part of your all-inclusive plan. Guests staying at a Premium Junior Suite, or higher suite category are welcome to cocktails made from premium spirits served at Alltra VIP Lounge. Specialty spirits and bottles such as champagne and first-rate wines are available for purchase at additional cost.

Q: Is there room service?

Yes, there is suite service available 24 hours.

ACCOMODATIONS

We are traveling with a couple of friends. Can we request adjoining rooms?

Some of our suites are connecting rooms. Please contact us directly to book. Connecting rooms are subject to availability and have an extra charge. 

Q: What type of beds are offered?

We offer King and double beds. Specific details on bedding configurations per suite are outlined in our suites section.

Q: Are the rooms handicapped accessible?

Yes, we offer 2 suites that are fully equipped for guests with special physical needs.

ACTIVITIES

Q: How can I arrange tours and activities outside the resort?

Tours offered by third-party vendors may be purchased at our on-site Tour Desk.

Q: Do you have activities or shows every day?

Yes, we have daily activities and night entertainment.

Q: Do you have activities for children?

We've got the little ones covered. With fun activities such as water sports, beach games, and arts and crafts, kids can be sure to have a blast all day long.

Q: Do you have babysitting service?

Yes, we have babysitting service with extra charge, please contact the concierge to make the arrangements.
